Product Description

Gearbox Reduction Ratio
The maximum rotation speed in the table is a value calculated by dividing the reduction ratio by (50 Hz: 1400 r/min, 60 Hz:
1600r/min).
The color frame in the table indicates that the direction of rotation of the output shaft is opposite to the direction of motor
rotation.
To obtain a higher reduction ratio than the table below, an intermediate reduction gearbox with a reduction ratio of 10 can be installed between the motor and the reduction gearbox, and the reduction ratio will be increased by 10 times.
The rated torque in the table is calculated based on the motor starting torque × reduction ratio × transmission efficiency. If the actual working speed of the motor is lower than 2000r/min, please use the rated torque moment × 50% derating.
The maximum allowable torque of the standard gearbox is 20 N·m, and the maximum allowable torque of the right-angle gearbox is 40N·m. Please refer to page P7 of the Technical Information.
